Everything starts with a conversation, in Lausanne, at your premises or by video call. We look at how you work today, where you lose time and what absolutely has to work. This first meeting is free and without obligation.
2. Proposing a clear solution
We give you a written proposal: objectives, scope, stages, estimated timelines and technical choices explained in plain language. If an existing solution is enough, we will tell you.
3. Prototyping quickly
Before building everything, we create a first usable version: a screen, a user journey, a test voice agent. You try it out with your teams and we adjust.
4. Developing step by step
The project moves forward in small, regular deliveries. Each step brings a usable feature, tested and documented. You see progress continuously and can change priorities.
5. Going live and supporting you
We deploy the solution, preferably on infrastructure hosted in Switzerland, train your users and provide follow-up: fixes, security updates and enhancements.
