2. Data collected
- Contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), message.
- Enquiry forms linked to our campaigns (on the website or on advertising platforms such as TikTok or Meta): surname, first name, phone, e-mail and any information you choose to send us.
- Website visits: technical data needed for the website to function and remain secure (IP address, browser, pages viewed), kept in the server logs.
3. Purposes
To respond to your request, to contact you again and, if you have consented, to pass your request on to a suitable partner. To keep the website secure.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by submitting a form, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Recipients
- Partners, only where you have agreed to this, for example an insurance intermediary registered with FINMA. LYL Software Sàrl may be paid by these partners for the introduction.
- Our team and our call centre, who may call you to confirm your request.
- Technical service providers bound by confidentiality, in particular hosting in Switzerland with Infomaniak Network SA.
- Advertising platforms through which you submitted a form, which also process your data under their own policies.
We do not sell your data for advertising purposes.
6. Disclosure abroad
Our data is hosted in Switzerland. Data submitted via a platform such as TikTok or Meta may be processed outside Switzerland by that platform, on the basis of the safeguards provided for by the nFADP (new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection).
7. Call recording
Calls made following your request may be recorded for quality and evidential purposes. You are informed of this at the start of the call and may object.
8. Retention period
If no contract follows, your data is deleted no later than 12 months after your request. Proof of your consent is kept for as long as necessary to establish its validity.
9. Security
Restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS), hosting in Switzerland and backups.
10. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent or object to any further contact, free of charge, by writing to marketing@lyl-software.ch or to the address above. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
11. Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. If audience measurement tools are added, a banner will allow you to accept or refuse them.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated. The version published on this page is authoritative.
