Software and AI for insurance brokers and intermediaries

Tools designed for the daily work of FINMA-registered brokers and intermediaries, from booking appointments to recording advice.

A demanding profession, often with scattered tools

An insurance broker or intermediary juggles prospects, appointments, offers from several insurers and documentation obligations every day. Information is often spread across a calendar, spreadsheets, e-mails and handwritten notes. The result: wasted time, forgotten follow-ups and traceability that is hard to prove.

Intermediaries registered with FINMA must be able to show how they advised their clients. Prospects, for their part, must have given their consent before being contacted. We develop tools that meet both requirements without adding to your workload.

What we build for you

  • Appointment booking: an online calendar linked to your availability, or an AI voice agent that answers the phone, qualifies the request and offers a time slot.
  • Lead tracking with proof of consent: each incoming contact is recorded with its source, the date and the exact wording of the consent accepted. You know where each prospect comes from and on what basis you may contact them.
  • Advice records: structured templates, filled in during or after the meeting, setting out the needs expressed, the solutions presented and the client's choices. The document is dated, archived and easy to find.
  • Internal comparison tools: an interface that brings together the criteria you already compare (cover, deductibles, conditions) so you can prepare your recommendations faster. You remain in control of the data entered and of the analysis.
  • Automatic follow-ups: reminders before an appointment, tracking of missing documents, alerts on contract renewal dates.

These building blocks can work on their own or be connected to your existing tools through our data integration work.

Use cases

A prospect fills in a form on your website. They tick the consent box, and its wording is stored with their request. They receive a confirmation and a link to choose a time slot. The day before the appointment, a reminder is sent to them by text message or e-mail.

During the meeting, the adviser fills in the advice record on a tablet. At the end, the client receives a copy. The document is filed in the client's record, together with the offers compared.

If you want to attract new prospects, we can also support you with lead generation, using compliant forms and proper collection of consent.

How we work

We start with a meeting to understand your organisation: number of advisers, partner insurers, tools in place, pain points. We then propose a precise and realistic scope. Development proceeds in short steps, with regular demonstrations. You test each feature before it goes live. Our method describes this process in detail.

Data protection is part of the project from the outset. Your clients' data is personal and sometimes sensitive. We restrict access, log important actions and favour hosting in Switzerland. To find out more about the legal framework, read our article on the nFADP (new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection) and AI in SMEs.

Why a custom tool

Generic solutions impose their own logic. Custom software follows yours: your sales steps, your documents, your vocabulary. You do not pay for features you do not need and you keep control of your data. We remain available after go-live to develop the tool further as your business evolves.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with independent brokers as well as larger firms?

Yes. We start from your actual organisation, whether you work alone or lead a team of advisers. The scope of the project adapts to your needs.

Can you help us document our prospects' consent?

Yes. We design forms and workflows that record the date, the source and the wording of the consent accepted by each prospect, so that you can retrieve it if asked.

Where is our clients' data hosted?

Whenever possible, we host data in Switzerland, with Infomaniak. We discuss this with you at the start of the project, depending on the tools you already use.
